More on Carney v. Poilievre
And updated ON numbers
Alright Ontario, we’re on day 15, 14 more to go. Currently, Ford and the PCs are at 48%, Crombie/OLP at 25%, Stiles/NDP at 17%, and Schreiner/Greens at 10%.
A follow-up to yesterday’s tidbit: my most recent 3-day rollup sees Carney winning over Poilievre in a forced-choice 52:48. Yesterday, I reported it was 51:49 for Poilievre. These changes are within the margin of error. Either way, it’s good stuff.
I had a friend ask about the Ford numbers, so here they are. 29% of those who plan to vote for Ford would prefer a Prime Minister Mark Carney. So, that would be a maintenance of 34% of the vote. This isn’t the same as asking vote intention, just a little back-of-the-napkin math for fun.
I have two pieces of analysis in mind for tomorrow. Let me know which you would prefer? |
